As pretty as a lily, just like her sweet name. Gentle and caring, and vivacious all the same. James Potter's wife, Severus Snape's love, Everyone's best friend, blessed by almighty god above. Till the Dark Lord came on a sinister, Halloween night. Her husband told her to run upstairs, while he put up a fight. Voldemort's killed him without a second glance. Now feeling his destiny close, his heart began to dance. She closed herself in a room, she knew she would not be able to flee. The Dark Lord opened the door, and entered the room with glee. She could have saved herself, so the Dark Lord surmised. But she chose to protect her son, the Dark Lord was surprised. For he did not know love, which yearns to protect, The ones you love, from those they dread. She spread out her arms in front of her son, Trying desperately to save him ,from the harm that was sure to come. In a flash of light, she was dead ; but her love flowed in her son's blood. Her son who looked like his father, yet had green eyes, like a river of lilies in full flood.

I'm lovin' it.......
Creating your own blog is SO much fun! I got 23 pageviews, so awesome! Yeah, I know that at least 5 were my school friends, but even so. Also, I'd like some visitors to post comments, or if you don't have a blog, e-mail your opinions to me. I'd like to get some constructive feedback ( not necessarily good) . Meanwhile, I'm enjoying the summer with home-made lemonade ( it beats every other coolant, believe me) Bavarian chocolate ice cream, and the Order of Phoenix ( again). My poems are going to be posted only once a week, sorry! ( I've got other stuff too, you know........)

He, who conquered death
He bowed down low before his death, like his ancestor ,Ignotus, before him.
Greeted his end like an old friend, knowing the suffering would dim.
His friends lay dying in the battlefield, his home crumbled to dust, Yet he stood still and strong , and it was upon his shoulders that the greatest weight was thrust.
Surrounded by masked vengeance, his death would quench their thirst.
In front of him stood their master , regarding his enemy first.
Then raising his pale , ghost-like hand , he spoke two cursed words
and from the enchanted elm shot green light, deadlier than any amount of swords .
Unbidden into the victim's mind flew, the image of the girl he loved true
Then blissful oblivion, for his soul was free, and nothing more he knew.
Wait a bit, there's more you see, he isn't dead just yet.
To go back, or to move on, his decision is yet to be met.
Dumbledore says " Don't pity the dead, pity the living , and above all, those , who live without love ".
The young man sighs and looks above.
Taking the train back home, was a hard business you see.
But Harry potter was Harry potter, and to Voldemort's death, he held key.
He returned to misery, to despair, to death, knowing there was much to lose.
He fought for peace, for happiness, for hope, he put the dark lord into a final snooze.
People mourned loved ones all around him, the measure of relief was also some,
But he knew as he looked at the rising sun, someday , happiness would come.
The ' I need to put up something or I'll lose my readers' post
Hello again! So yeah, I knew my last post was really messed up. The lines of the poem were all posted in a zig-zag manner and the poem itself was very childish. In my opinion though, the topic itself was really good. Harry potter ,you see, is my obsession. It's the one thing that I'm crazy about ( even blueberry cheesecake comes below Harry potter, surprising huh?). This was ,literally ,the first poem I ever wrote and I was ecstatic to see it get 12 pageviews (half of them on the first day!). It's all thanks to the unending potter magic. If you, dear reader, love Harry as much as I do, you must visit pottermore.com ( it's a pure Harry heaven!) . Meanwhile, I am typing my second poem.........
P.S.: To anyone who visits my blog, I love you!!!!

September First
Oh, I wish I wasn't a muggle. When I turned eleven, I didn't get a letter, and that burst my happy bubble. Hogwarts is way better than the rest of the schools put together. When I grow up,I'll set off on an expedition to find, an old castle that's always on my mind. From nine and three-quarters ,I'll board the Hogwarts train. From hogging all the candies on the trolley,I'll try to refrain.
Oh, the chariots are here ,and so are the thestrals. The winged boars are as usual,on the pedestals. Oh hurry, hurry!Everyone's in a flurry! Mcgonagall's here, the line of kids behind her are drowned in worry. Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, can't wait for all the food with which myself i'm going to stuff. Tuck in! Says Dumbledore. The plates load themselves with food galore. The ghosts watch us sadly, peeves behaves badly. An announcement, and we're off to bed, lines of children walking along in the prefect's stead. Moving portraits accompany us, knowing the password is a must. Fat lady opens with a flourish, our mouths are an 'O' as round as a dish. The cheery fireplace crackles merrily, brightening the common room like lights of a fairy. Left for the boys! Right for the girls! Our dormitory's curtains are unfurled. The room outside is shining bright, it's time for bed, that's right! Covering our yawns with our hands, we flop onto our comfy beds. Close our eyes, drift into sleeps unmanned, not even bothering to draw the curtains of our bed. Sweet dreams! Sleep tight! Make sure the bedbugs don't bite! Destiny to you is gifting, seven beautiful years that are just beginning!
