The Wonderful Weasleys

Come, enter the Burrow
Where you're bound to forget
All your sorrow.
This epitome
Of a loving home
Which wouldn't change tomorrow.
Rusty cauldrons
And Wellington boots
And garden gnomes
That live in trees' roots.
The delicious smell of treacle tart
And all kinds of yummy food.
Fred and George
And their funny misdeeds
Will keep you in stitches
Till coughing, spluttering
And giggling you'll say,
"no, thank you, please!".
Percy is the opposite,
His room is a holy shrine.
Fussy, perfect prefect,
Who never strays out of line.
Bill, who works for Gringotts
With long hair
And a fanged earring
With Fenrir Greyback's scratches
On his face
And an awesome,
Adventurous bearing.
Charlie, from Romania;
The dragons keeper.
One day
The wounds and burns
On his visage
Are bound to get deeper.
Ginny, the red-haired beauty
Vivacious, pretty
And charming.
Her friendly manner
and her beautiful smile
Is really, quite disarming.
Ron Weasley
May be lazy
But is a faithful, loyal friend.
His funny comments sure
Endearment to his
Demeanour lend.
Arthur, the daddy Weasley
Tinkering with muggle stuff
Is his hobby.
When he messes up, his wife to him
To give it up does lobby.
An excellent cook,
Loved by all:
The mother of mothers, Molly.
From her highly animated
And entertaining family,
She will bear no folly.
And as they sit
In their dining room,
Waiting for the delicious food
Coming soon,
Their chattering red heads
Turn this way and that ;
Seeking the food,
The source of the delicious
Mouth-watering aroma
That will make them plump and fat.
On the famous Weasley watch,
All nine hands point home.
If you're a Weasley,
You'll never be alone.
Come in thin
And go back fat,
For welcome is written
On the doorstep's mat.
